TownPark

TownPark is a 243-acre office park and mixed-use project being developed by Taylor & Mathis in Cobb County’s Kennesaw/Town Center submarket.  With frontage on both I-75 and I-575 (both with full-diamond interchanges at Chastain Road), TownPark offers office tenants unparalleled accessibility and a vast array of retail, dining, hotel and service amenities in a master planned park environment.  To date, Taylor & Mathis has developed nine Class-A multi-tenant office buildings at TownPark totaling 870,500 SF, along with a 260,000 SF operations center for Bank of America, 121,000 SF of office/flex space, and The Village at TownPark, a mixed-use project comprised of 65,000 SF of retail and loft office space.  In addition, Taylor & Mathis has sold or ground-leased sites at TownPark to third parties for development of three owner-occupied office buildings, two medical office buildings, two branch banks, four hotels (Embassy Suites, Residence Inn, Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn), two free-standing restaurants, a service station and a 300-unit multi-family apartment complex.
