Georgia 400 Center

Georgia 400 Center is an 81-acre master planned office park located at the interchange of GA Hwy 400 and Haynes Bridge Road in the city of Alpharetta, GA.  From 1998 – 2004, Taylor & Mathis developed three six-story, multi-tenant office buildings in the park totaling 402,900 SF on a fee basis for the owner, MetLife Real Estate Investments, and managed and leased the project for MetLife until 2009.
