The Terraces at Perimeter Center

These twin 11-story towers are the signature buildings at Perimeter Center in Atlanta, GA.  Completed in 1984 and 1986, respectively, the award-winning North and South Terraces contain a total of 987,400 SF.  Both buildings feature ten-story interior atriums with walls finished in hand-rubbed red oak or cherry and floors detailed in hand-painted Spanish tiles.  Site features include a three-acre lake spanned by an aerial pedestrian bridge which connects the two buildings.  Two multi-level garages, one serving each building, accommodate parking for 2,868 cars.  The Terraces were a joint venture with MetLife.
