Taylor & Mathis developed this 130,800 SF office, training and parts distribution facility for American Suzuki Motor Corporation in 1998.  The rear-load building is located on a 10-acre site in the 230-acre Chastain Meadows business park in Kennesaw, Cobb County, GA.  Suzuki exercised an option to purchase the building upon completion.  Other build-to-suit projects developed by Taylor & Mathis in Chastain Meadows include the following:
