Safeco Insurance

Taylor & Mathis developed this 156,960 SF, seven-story office building for SAFECO Insurance Company at Sugarloaf Corporate Center in 1999.  The building served as SAFECO’s regional headquarters office and the tenant signed a 10-year lease.  Taylor & Mathis sold the property to an institutional investor upon completion.
