Walker Wellford

Walker has been with T&M since 2006. As Director of Industrial Leasing, Walker is responsible for all aspects of project leasing for both T&M-owned properties and properties owned by third-party institutional owners. His responsibilities include tenant prospecting, broker and tenant relations, drafting proposals, lease negotiations, marketing budgets, market analysis and
coordinating design activities for tenant construction. Prior to joining T&M, Walker worked as an industrial broker with Grubb & Ellis Company (primarily focused on the acquisition and
disposition of industrial properties for clients across the Southeast) and as principal at Wellford Realty, Inc. Walker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rhodes College where he
was a four-year letterman on the varsity soccer team. He is active in the Georgia Chapter of NAIOP and Georgia SIOR. He has held the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation since 2001.
