Mike Irby

Mike began work at T&M in 1993 and since 2007 has served as Vice President – Development responsible for overseeing all of the company’s development and project management activities, including site development, building shell construction and interiors construction.  Mike began his career with T&M as a Property Manager at Perimeter Center and then Buckhead Plaza, and later moved into construction management overseeing tenant build-outs at Perimeter Center.  Beginning in 1998, he was promoted to Project Manager in T&M’s development department where he spent five years managing both new development projects and interiors construction.  From 2003 through 2007, Mike did a stint as Director of Leasing for T&M’s Industrial Division.

Mike is originally from Atlanta and is a graduate of the University of Georgia.  Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Town Center Area Community Improvement District in Cobb County.
