Partner & Sr Vice President, Development

Mike Irby

Mike joined T&M in 1993 and since 2007 has served as Senior Vice President – Development responsible for overseeing all the company’s development and project management activities, including land entitlements, site feasibility, project planning and pre-development, site development, building shell and interiors construction and project close-out. Mike began his career with T&M as a Property Manager at Perimeter Center and then Buckhead Plaza, and later moved into construction management overseeing tenant build-outs at Perimeter Center. Beginning in 1998, he was promoted to Project Manager in T&M’s development department where he spent five years managing both new development projects and interiors construction. From 2003 through 2007, Mike did a stint as Director of Leasing for T&M’s Industrial Division. Mike is originally from Atlanta and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia. He is active in the Georgia Chapters of NAIOP and SIOR.
