Kate has been with T&M since 2016 and serves as a Senior Property Manager. She oversees approximately 4.4 million square feet of industrial space and 48,000 square feet of office space across Gwinnett, Hall, and Jackson counties. Her responsibilities include coordinating daily property operations, preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and providing financial reporting to ensure properties are managed within fiscal guidelines. Kate also works closely with tenants to maintain strong relationships, addressing their needs promptly and supporting long-term occupancy and satisfaction.
