Ginger joined T&M in 1997 and, since 2001, has served as Director of Office Leasing responsible for Sugarloaf Corporate Center and other third-party project leasing assignments. She is a member of the Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Million Dollar Club since 1995 and earned her CCIM designation in 2000. Prior to joining T&M, Ginger was a Vice President of Leasing for ARES, Inc. in Atlanta, specializing in project leasing for multiple office locations. Ginger is also a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
