Cindy has been with T&M since 1996. As Senior Property Manager, Cindy manages ± 4.1 million square feet of Class A industrial properties in Atlanta, handling budgeting and financial reporting, lease administration, vendor and contract management and ensuring compliance with ownership objectives and regulatory standards. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University, the CPM designation from IREM and a Georgia real estate license.
