Carolmarie joined Taylor & Mathis in 1985 as a project accountant. Shortly after, she transferred to the Analyst Department where she managed the Analyst Team of five analysts. Today she is our Development Analyst as well as Assistant Property Manager providing financial support to the property management team.

Carolmarie hails from New York where she received two Associate’s degrees before transferring to Florida Atlantic University and earning a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
