Project Accountant

Arin DeBerry

Arin joined T&M in 1996. In her role as Project Accountant, she oversees financial operations and reporting for a portfolio of office and industrial properties that T&M manages for third-party clients. Her responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring accurate financial documentation across multiple assets. Before transitioning into accounting, Arin served as a Leasing Assistant, where she supported leasing activities and worked closely with prospective tenants to facilitate occupancy. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and holds an MBA in Marketing from Kennesaw State University.
