Tracy has been with T&M since 2019. As a Project Accountant, Tracy is responsible for preparing and distributing month-end financial statements of assigned real estate properties in accordance with owner reporting requirements, monthly general ledger accrual and depreciation entries, fixed asset maintenance, owner distributions, and balance sheet reconciliations. Prior to starting a family, Tracy also worked with T&M from 1996 to 2001 in various accounting roles. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.
