Ryann joined T&M in 2011 and currently manages 3.4 million square feet of industrial warehouse buildings, overseeing tenant relations, maintenance operations, regulatory compliance, and budget management to maximize property value and income. Ryann began at T&M in a dual role as Customer Service Representative for Property Management and Corporate Receptionist before being promoted to Property Manager in 2016. Prior to joining T&;M, Ryann worked at the Business Undergraduate Advising Center at Kennesaw State University. Ryann holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a minor in Business Law from Kennesaw State University.
