Jason began working with T&M as an HVAC engineer under contract with Trane in 2011. In 2017, T&M hired Jason directly as Chief Engineer at Sugarloaf Corporate Center. He was promoted to Property Manager in 2024 and now oversees daily operations for a portfolio of office and industrial properties that T&M manages for third-party owners. Earlier in his career, Jason directed maintenance, renovations and construction projects at long-term care facilities.
