Chad has been with T&M since 2007. He is responsible for facility management, daily operations and budgeting for two owner-occupied properties that T&M manages in Kennesaw, GA. Chad has a degree in HVAC/R, extensive experience in commercial refrigeration controls and EPA Universal and NATE certifications. Prior to joining T&M, he was a Supervisor for Peachtree Service Experts.
