Taylor & Mathis is pleased to announce three new tenants at Allatoona Business Center. Genuine Parts has leased 46,530 SF in Building 400. Genuine Parts, a Fortune 200 company, is a leading global service provider of automotive and industrial replacement parts and value-added solutions. Pflug Packaging and Fulfillment, a California-based third-party logistics provider, leased all of Building 100 (191,448 SF). RePanels, a Belgium-based door panel manufacturing company, leased 34,764 SF in Building 400. With these three new leases, Allatoona Business Center is now 71% leased.
