AuburnBank has occupied its new headquarters building on the corner of North Gay Street and East Magnolia Avenue in downtown Auburn, AL.  The four-story, 90,000 SF office building houses the bank’s corporate offices, lending and administrative functions, operations center and downtown branch banking hall.  The bank occupies approximately 50% of the space in the new building and the balance of the space will be leased by the bank to office tenants on a multi-tenant basis.

The office building is served by a five-level, 500-space parking deck, which is sized to accommodate parking for the office building and a future hotel to be developed adjacent to the office building, as well as to provide public/transient parking for downtown Auburn.

Taylor & Mathis was engaged by AuburnBank to provide fee-based development management services for the project.  Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood (GMC) was the project architect and BL Harbert International was the general contractor.
