Taylor & Mathis is breaking ground this month on Cartersville Commerce Center, a three-building industrial park totaling 246,900 SF. The 17-acre site at the intersection of Peeples Valley Road (U.S. Hwy 20) and U.S. Hwy 411 is located only 2.3 miles from the I-75/Hwy 20 interchange and 3.0 miles from the I-75/Hwy 411 interchange. The park will offer two rear-load buildings and one front-load building, and will feature architectural tilt-wall construction, 180’ – 250’ building depths, 28’ clear heights, 130’ – 140’ deep truck courts and abundant automobile parking. The buildings are expected to deliver in mid-summer 2023.
