Taylor & Mathis is pleased to announce two new speculative industrial projects to be developed in metro Atlanta’s Northwest/I-75 corridor. Cherokee 75 (pictured above) is a 105,000 SF distribution building located in unincorporated Cherokee County, about 1.9 miles from the I-75/Hwy 92 interchange. The second project, Northpoint Distribution Center, is a 78,250 SF building located only 0.5 miles from the interchange.
Construction is underway at both projects, with anticipated completion prior to year’s end. Taylor & Mathis has had previous success in Atlanta’s Northwest/I-75 industrial submarket with its Chastain Meadows project as well as Acworth Distribution Center, which is less than a mile from the Northpoint site across I-75.
