Taylor & Mathis has signed a 10-year lease at Satellite Logistics Center – Building 100 (“SLC 200”) with AmerisourceBergen Corporation, one of the largest pharmaceutical sourcing and distribution companies in the world. The 340,564 SF cross-dock building features architectural tilt-wall construction, 32’ clear height, 130’ – 180’ deep truck courts with 122 trailer parking spaces, ESFR sprinkler system and LED warehouse lighting.
AmerisourceBergen will have over 150 employees in the building, which will include state-of-the-art material handling systems with full-height racking, sortation and conveying systems, along with a wire-guided forklift picking system.
