160,000 SF OF LEASES SIGNED IN 3Q AND 4Q OF 2013
Atlanta, GA January 6, 2014 – Taylor & Mathis, Inc. negotiated new leases and renewals totaling 167,588 square feet at Technology Center of Georgia during the second half of 2013, bringing occupancy at the 944,000-square-foot industrial park up to 97% at year end. New leases totaling 89,043 square feet were signed with Lapp Holdings, Asahi and Federal Resources, and renewals totaling 78,545 square feet were inked with Essential Ingredients, Disc O’Bed and Kingdom Woodworks. The five-building industrial park, developed by Taylor & Mathis, Inc., is located in Gwinnett County, GA. Taylor & Mathis, Inc. is the exclusive leasing agent for the property on behalf of the owner, TCG Partners, LLC, a joint venture between a Taylor & Mathis-affiliated investment entity and certain outside investors.
