Atlanta, GA December 18, 2013 – Taylor & Mathis, Inc., the property manager and exclusive leasing agent for the 367,238-square-foot TownPark Ravine office complex in Kennesaw, GA, has signed lease amendments expanding three major tenants. Overby-Seawell Company (a subsidiary of The Breckinridge Group) has expanded its lease in the TownPark Ravine One building to a total of 32,631 square feet, bringing occupancy in the building up to 92.5% leased. Ralston Goetz and Sam Holmes of CBRE represented the tenant. In TownPark Ravine Three, The Impact Partnership, represented by Brown Edwards of Brown Edwards & Associates, expanded its lease to a total of 27,818 square feet, and Stibo Catalog, Inc., represented by Stuart Holcomb of Corporate Real Estate Advisors, extended its lease term and expanded its premises to 21,224 square feet. Occupancy in the Ravine Three buildings increased to 97.3% following these two expansions. Kerry O’Brien, Senior Vice President – Marketing for Taylor & Mathis, represented the landlord on all three lease transactions.

The three-building TownPark Ravine office complex was developed by Taylor & Mathis, Inc. and is owned by joint venture investment entities comprised of certain Taylor & Mathis principals and outside investors. The buildings are located in TownPark, a 243-acre master planned office park and mixed-project being developed by Taylor & Mathis in the I-75 corridor of Cobb County, GA. To date, the company has developed 1.2 million square feet of office space in the park, plus The Village at TownPark, a 65,000-square-foot specialty retail center. Other development in the park includes three hotels (a Hilton Embassy Suites and a Fairfield Inn and Residence Inn by Marriott), three free-standing restaurants, two branch banks, a 300-unit apartment complex and two medical-office buildings.
