Since Taylor & Mathis develops, owns and operates properties for our own account, we truly bring an owner’s perspective to properties we manage and lease for third-party clients, and we make decisions and recommendations at third-party properties as if they were Taylor & Mathis-owned properties.  By administering marketing and property management programs designed to maintain high average occupancy rates, increase effective rental rates and control operating expenses and capital expenditures, Taylor & Mathis maximizes both current return and long-term value for our owner clientele.

To ensure that our interests remain aligned with the interests of our third-party clients, Taylor & Mathis functions exclusively as an owner’s representative. Unlike the national service providers, we do not engage in tenant representative activities.  Consequently, we can remain focused 100% on our clients’ properties and our allegiance to our clients cannot be compromised in any way.
