Technology Center of Georgia

Technology Center of Georgia is a master planned 275-acre development located on GA Highway 20 less than a mile from I-85 in Gwinnett County.  Nearly 1,000,000 square feet of multi-tenant and build-to-suit office and light industrial space has been developed along with the state of the art Gwinnett Braves Stadium, over 500 single family townhomes and 410 multi-family units.  Technology Center of Georgia is a true mixed-use development following the Atlanta Regional Commission’s “live, work and play environment” model with extensive sidewalk systems, broad bicycle paths and tree save areas.
