T. Harvey Mathis and C. Mack Taylor.

Taylor & Mathis is a diversified real estate company specializing in the development, marketing and management of office buildings, suburban office parks, industrial parks and mixed-use projects. Our primary business activities include:

Developing, owning and operating properties as sole owner and principal.

Developing, owning and operating properties in joint venture with major financial institutions, corporations and private investors.

Providing property management and leasing services to third-party institutional property owners.

Providing facilities management services to corporate property owners.

Providing development and construction management services to corporate, public and institutional clientele.

Providing real estate consulting and property acquisition services to private and institutional investors.

Development

Taylor & Mathis has developed over 15.2 million square feet of property exceeding $1.9 billion in value. Our diverse development portfolio includes high-rise office buildings, suburban office parks, light industrial facilities, shopping centers and residential projects. Suburban office and mixed-use development is our company’s forte. In fact, Taylor & Mathis is widely recognized for pioneering the concept of developing master planned, campus-style office parks. Our Perimeter Center project in Atlanta was one of the first large-scale office parks in the United States and has served as a model for others throughout the country.

In terms of current development, Taylor & Mathis is one of the most active developers in the Southeast, having completed new office and industrial projects totaling 3.8 million square feet over the last five years.

The experience and stability of the Taylor & Mathis management team are among our company’s greatest strengths. Our seven senior officers have been with the company for an average of more than 22 years, which is truly extraordinary for a firm in our industry. This seasoned management team has worked together through various cycles of the commercial real estate market and developed long-term relationships with tenants, real estate owners, lenders, contractors, consultants, suppliers and other professionals throughout the industry.


Andrew Taylor
President

Andrew joined Taylor & Mathis in 1983 and has served as President of the company since 1995. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as Senior Vice President responsible for marketing and development of the company's TownPark project in Atlanta and overseeing the company's operations in Alabama. From 1989 to 1993, Andrew resided in Birmingham where he served as Vice President responsible for development, marketing and property management at the company's projects in Alabama.

Andrew is from Opelika, Alabama. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington & Lee University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.



Buddy Avery
Executive Vice President

Buddy joined Taylor & Mathis in 1973 and, since 1985, has served as Executive Vice President. Buddy is responsible for operations and property management activities at the company's various office and industrial projects in Florida. He is also the senior partner in charge of the company's industrial development activities. Prior to joining Taylor & Mathis, Buddy was Tax Manager with Arthur Andersen & Company in Atlanta.

Buddy is from Alamo, Tennessee. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Tennessee and a Doctors of Jurisprudence degree from The University of Tennessee, College of Law. Buddy is a past member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Bar Association.



Carroll Battey
Senior Vice President
Operations

Carroll joined Taylor & Mathis in 1979 and currently serves as Senior Vice President - Operations responsible for overseeing operations and property management at the company's various office projects in Atlanta. Carroll served as General Manager of Perimeter Center, a 3.5 million-square-foot office park and mixed-use project. Prior to joining Taylor & Mathis, she worked as a legal assistant for Federal National Mortgage Association.

Carroll is from Murfreesboro, Tennessee.  She holds a Bachelor  of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Emory.



Hank Brenner
President
Taylor & Mathis of Florida

Hank Brenner joined Taylor & Mathis in 2003 and is responsible for supervising all of T&M's property management and leasing activities in Florida. Hank began his career in 1979 with InterFirst Bank (Bank of America, Texas), where he was Vice President in charge of the National Real Estate Lending Group. Hank left InterFirst to join the Paragon Group during the 1980's. In 1991, Hank co-founded Florida Real Estate Advisors (FREA), specializing in property management and leasing services to third-party real estate owners in Florida. As a principal of FREA, he helped build an organization with over 100 employees, and a management portfolio of over six million square feet of office and industrial, representing such owners as: Aetna, MetLife, Travelers, Nationwide, UBS, Archon and Mass Mutual, among others. In 1998, FREA was acquired by St. Joe Company and became Advantis, where Hank served as Managing Director of Florida. He is a past Officer and a current Director for NAIOP, and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida. He graduated with honors from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.



Kerry O'Brien
Senior Vice President
Marketing

Kerry joined Taylor & Mathis in 1985 and is currently Senior Vice President - Marketing responsible for overseeing office leasing and other marketing activities for the company's TownPark and Chastain Meadows projects in Atlanta. From 1985 to 1993, Kerry served as Vice President - Marketing in charge of Perimeter Center leasing in Atlanta. Prior to joining Taylor & Mathis, Kerry was Vice President/ Correspondent Banking in the Corporate Banking Division at Trust Company Bank of Georgia.

Kerry is from Louisville, Kentucky. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Town Center Area Community Improvement District in Cobb County.


Hamilton Reynolds
President
Industrial Division

Hamilton Reynolds rejoined Taylor & Mathis in 1996 as President of the Industrial Division. Prior to rejoining Taylor & Mathis, he was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer for McDonald Development Company in Atlanta. Hamilton began his real estate career in 1985 at Taylor & Mathis where he was the project manager in the acquisition and development of over $20 million of master planned industrial parks.

Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from the University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Emory University.



Frank Dolbow
Chief Financial Officer

Frank joined Taylor & Mathis in 1988 and, since 1995, has served as Chief Financial Officer responsible for the company's accounting, financial, tax, information systems and human resources matters. Prior to joining the company, Frank served as Treasury Analyst for Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. He began his career as a Staff Accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Frank received his CPA certificate in 1985.

Frank is from Salem, New Jersey. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Virginia.
