300 TownPark Drive is a two-building, 121,000 square foot, multi-tenant office/distribution facility developed by Taylor & Mathis and situated on a ten-acre site in the northwest corner of TownPark, a 243-acre master planned business park in north central Cobb County.

Architecturally distinctive, yet simple and efficient, 300 TownPark Drive offers excellent curb appeal. The two rear-load buildings feature attractive tilt-up construction with concrete panels scored by a pattern of horizontal reveals. Front elevations feature projected canopies over aluminum storefront office entries, framed by poured-in-place columns. Punched window openings between the projected office entries provide ample glass area along the entire front elevations. Taylor & Mathis and its partners sold the building in 1998.
